Unfinished Business in Timor

One year after pro-Indonesia militias, backed by the Indonesian army killed, burned and looted their way across East Timor in response to the August 30, 1999, referendum on independence, not a single perpetrator of those crimes has been brought to trial.

If justice is to be done, the international community needs to be less naive about the Indonesian judicial system. At the moment, Indonesia -- not East Timor, and not the United Nations – holds the key to accountability for the grave crimes that took place.

Key member states of the U.N. early on rejected the idea of an international tribunal on both political and logistical grounds.

For years now pro-corruption elements in the Law Enforcement Agencies, maintained by the United Kingdom Government, and the legal/judicial/police TRIADS that operate freely in the UK have been stealing away the lives of citizens and keeping them entangled in masses of unhealthy piles of paper work.

The ongoing situations are in gross violation of the rights in law of the citizens. If justice is to be done, the international community must be informed of such realities and needs to be less complacent about the Judicial PRACTICES in the United Kingdom.

Those who were instructed to investigate the serious crimes of 'fraud in the legal system', corruption and bribes have been and are sitting on substantive evidence that citizens delivered to the authorities.

The United Kingdom Government, and no other, holds the key to accountability by its own Judiciary for the grave injustices the citizens are subjected to routinely. The United Nations report on the record of the United Kingdom on human rights should have and must propel the present government to keep a promise it made in 1995 when in opposition, as a government in waiting.

The victims multiply daily and our media barons close their ears, their eyes and they have no voice. The legal professions and judges abducted and rape justice daily in their theatres while, abducted Democracy is similarly, raped, by our politicians and the media barons. The victims, as individuals, for ever chasing, pleading, defending and challenging violations of the most basic of human rights in states that claim to be founded and resting on principles of law and order.

Keeping to the essential and fundamentals as emailed to some of you initially I propose to possibly post this out as a newsletter in its own merits, as below 'edited'. It sure exposes the greed and dishonesty of the legal professions behaving and seen to be benefiting AS PROTECTED SPECIES care of THE TRIAD RACKETEERS from within the law enforcement agencies.

I welcome any views on the subject matter before posting this as a newsletter to all members of the human-rights Community On Line. I do believe that we ought to concentrate in spreading the message around LOUD AND CLEAR with as much evidence on your individual web-sites as possible to help me put together better and stronger NEWSLETTERS and all of us together STRONGER AND EFFECTIVE posting in newsgroups. ALSO appropriate pressure on the media through PRESS RELEASES about IMPORTANT CHANGES AND ADDITIONS TO YOUR WEB-SITES; informing the press, radio and television. I will be compiling a list with copy / pastes of acknowledgements received from the media, politicians and the authorities in response to the Press Release by the Landlords Action Group. A few already came in but I will rush yet because I await to see if ANY care or take an interest in the clear cut case made through the published evidence and the 'waffle' disseminated through the media by the government as in the articles

covering the alleged inability of alleged fraudbusters who are beaten by cheats who milk the Social Security funds to the tune of £4 BILLION ANNUALLY.

I just bought this place last year .................. I have a fabulous art, antique, and Hawaiian artefacts on display. Please come out and I will personally show you around for free. In reference to the judgement, my side of the family owns most of the assets but my wife, with her affliction (Borderline Personality Disorder and multiple disorders - bipolar, narcissistic, histrionic), has more or less given her own attorney windows of opportunity to manipulate her back child support proceeds. She hired this lawyer to obtain a little amount of back support from her ex husband. He fled to the island of Grenada but left an 80 thousand dollar account in the U.S. The lawyer froze the account forcing the ex to return to face his obligations, of which he did. After many years of dragging this case out since 1994, he finally got my wife a mere 15 thousand dollars of which he kept 10k for his fees. This includes the additional 3 or 4 thousand she paid because she was given every indication that her ex would pay her attorney fees which we believe he also kept. He now positioned himself to have my wife write a 5 thousand dollar check back to him but he withheld the 15 thousand dollar check creating the illusion of her bouncing the check. He took her to court and received a additional 15 thousand dollar judgement but she could "negotiate" this to settle the case. After many weeks of trying to settle, she finally got an agreement for a $7,000 cash payment plus he kept another 1700 of her proceeds to finalise the judgment. I sold my house and moved ......... with this behind us. After getting here in Oct of 1999, my wife is soon starting to have difficulties with her new job, ............ started to get a lot of stress (this triggers her affliction). In the meantime, the attorney now changes his mind, after we departed ........ launched another ……. judgement in Dec. of 1999 for an additional 28 thousand dollars! Now this is her own attorney who is supposed to be representing her but instead is milking the 80 thousand dollar account of her ex husband and is now trying to milk my families assets. They even used my social security number on the final judgement but I never had anything to do with the case. My wife, mean while, became frightful and stressed, with the judgement being taken out of her paycheque, and fled......... asking for a divorce to distance herself from harming us. The affliction is very similar to what Marilyn Monroe........ diagnosed with as well as the actress, Drew Barrymore. Marilyn finally committed suicide after being manipulated by her doctors, psychoanalysts, studio executives, and lawyers. If you view her old movies, you will notice the little girl-like qualities that made her alluring, charming, and the very seductive person she became as a movie star (this is histrionic personality disorder). All these afflictions are usually from childhood emotional or physical abuse and is very common among women. About 10% of these people take their own lives. If you............. look up these disorders, you will see how her lawyer took advantage of her. I asked......,,, Supreme Court's Disciplinary Committee to review this crooked lawyer and they cleared him of no wrong doing on the procedures for the judgement. They failed to look in the court documents on the ex husbands child support case and this is where the lawyer was boosting his fees, retaining her rightful child support proceeds and converting the funds to leverage her for more money. He kept her attorney fees and manipulated her into writing a "bounced" check, he misrepresented his professional duties to serve her justice, and he lied, mislead, and manipulated a person with a documented mental affliction which is on record..................... The reason I believe these lawyers were trying to help her get a divorce and was encouraging it was because: my wife can be attractive, she is very "innocent" in a child like manner, she has dysphoria and disassociation under the slightest stress which is a very painful and emotional state that gives them a feeling of being out of their realm. She also suffers from a very primitive form of a defensive mechanism called, "splitting". Infants and children use this to view others such as looking at people as good or evil, black or white, or one day your on a pedestal and the next day you are sent to the dungeon. In their world, there is no in-between, which makes things complicated. They are actually children, emotionally, operating in a adult world. My wife is probably one of the best customer service agents ........... and the reason is simple: she can relate to pain and suffering and go out of their way to help people and can function very well in a structured type of environment where they know their job. They have a lot of empathy for helping others or can relate to people who need help due to their own affliction which she is in denial about (I don't have a problem...…..you do!). This makes them quit alluring and fascinating! Now you can see where her own lawyer picked up on this odd behaviour and were now starting to try and help her get a divorce so they can have her rip my families assets off since t hey were ripping her off. She came to my place with nothing! The …… Supreme Court, after realising I was planning to counter a lawsuit (win or lose), to help expose these corrupt lawyers, as well as the judicial process of manipulating, false accounting, fraudulently keeping her child support money and her attorney fees, boosting his own fees, and misleading her to obtain a strong position to leverage himself into my families assets. After I informed the Supreme Court of my plans to sue this lawyer and to help expose my wife's affliction, they sent a Japanese attorney (I'm Irish on my father’s side and Japanese on my mother’s!) to fly to ……… (second trip since my wife recognised him last April……... about the time she had her judgement given) and asked my wife for a dinner date since she was getting a divorce and maybe he can help her get rid of the judgement. What everyone doesn't know is this: A Borderline person's biggest calling card is....... INCONSISTENTCY! They say one thing and do another, which sounds crazy but they can be manipulative themselves but only as a defensive mechanism! Apparently, she threw this attorney for a loop since she never returned his call so he showed up at ..……. the airport to ask her why? She put him in first class and left the building to his puzzlement, which I'm sure is quit funny thinking he is a high powered member of the elite and nobody turns a high powered member of the …………. Courts down! So.…….. was this a chance meeting or were these lawyers trying to help get rid of this illegal judgement and at the same time try an separate my wife from me....... killing two birds with one stone? I believe from viewing your web-site that the British are way ahead of the game when it comes to ethics and the law since you people invented the civil courts for modern democracies. If anything, I will ...... pursue these bona-fide thieves in the legal profession. I believe you information is very helpful for my case and strikes right at the heart of the legal profession. I would appreciate any advise you may know of since I may be venturing into the wolf den but I am fed up with crooked people making a living at other peoples’ expense. Just a note: I had another lawyer trying to manipulate my assets back in the late 1980's and he was disbarred for stealing over 3/4 of a million dollars and he was my ex wife's attorney who again, used fraudulent judgements to take properties from me. I am not a wealthy person but I have made my share in real estate and the honest way.…... good ole fashion work. Please ....….... if you get a chance and I will be glad to ........ exchange ideas on attacking this corrupt system with corrupt lawyers.
