Our letter, dated 21st January 2000, some EIGHT WEEKS after the Consent Order Agreement was entered into. The letter was written with the strength of the reply from the Court supporting its content. In the last two lines of the last paragraph of the first page it was pointed out that there was no doubt the court had contacted the solicitor.

In  the concluding lines of the second page the solicitor was simply told to:

"Cease any reliance on the usual manifestations through which to prove that neither your words nor your agreements and even CONSENT COURT ORDERS are of any relevance to you as a member of the legal profession who honours nothing".
