PUBLISHED IN THE PUBLIC INTEREST

THE BUILDER'S CASE

The names of the parties, the relevant Court and the addresses have been removed from the documents publshed. Visitors to these pages who experienced similar practices should be encouraged to come forward and to publish their own stories. We need to bring about changes in mentalities and for the staff of the Lord Chanvcellor's Department to cease advancing the usual 'independence' of the judiciary' as if by definition the word implies 'independence' of the restraints of Parliament's Laws. Use of the word covers independence of ANY INTERFERENCE (for favour or otherwise) from the executive - government, hence 'the power unto themselves' label.

Full  information can be made available to the authorities. Justice must be seen to be done in open courts, as provided by Law and assured through International Treaties and Accords.

Publication of 'the facts of life in our courts' is expected to lead to and cause the authorities, the Ministers reponsible for protecting citizens from crime, to address the serious issues that arise out of the inexcusable and highly questionable practices and activities by stasff and officers from within the courts.

It is incumbent upon the Ministers responsible for the administration of Parliament's Law and Justice to ensure that the issues raised here are dealt with expeditiously and with genuine concerns.

Citizens should not be held captive by public servants, as the builder was in the case he relates to in these pages. Public servants must be made to understand that they are 'serving the citizens and Justice and no other masters or cause.
