attached to practices the victims experience at and from within County Courts in the
United Kingdom.

The documented
evidence published in the * justice-uk * pages was secured by victims with help and
assistance from the Landlords Action Group. The evidence qualifies and clarifies much and
supports the conclusion that Public Servants are not serving Justice but other undisclosed
interests. In the alternative they are serving undeclared policies through which to keep
'parasitic elitist criminals in employment' because the rank and file of Public Servants
act as frontline mercenaries for man's modern day Lords and Masters.
One victim, a
builder, submitted the material for publication in these pages in order that others, who
were subjected to similar practices and indulgences, should be encouraged to come forward
and tell their own stories. His case should cause the Lord Chancellor and the Home
Secretary, both being legally trained persons, to accept that the citizens are coming
forward with evidence that covers the unacceptable activities of public servants, they are
meant to oversee and direct. The invisible services industry is seen at work and public
servants who are meant to serve the citizens, as their titles clearly qualify, can be seen
and observed in a different light. These pages and the evidence published should jolt both
Ministers into action because of the blunt abuses of the courts' processes and facilities
at the disposal of the dishonest and deceitful who at the very least are seen to be
recklessly indifferent to statutory provisions.

CALLED TO JUSTIFY blatant misconduct in public office by alleged professionals and or
public servants who 'operate under the wings and guidance' of presumed professionals.

and hoped that other victims will consider the fact that only through exposure of the
practices stated in the builder's case pages, and the attempts by the parasites and their
partners, consequential to a mediation consent agreement order, will cause the authorities
to accept and recognise that the citizens can no longer be treated as serfs. The citizens
are no longer at the mercy and beck and call of allegedly honourable members of ....
whatever.
The LAW is 'The LAW'
and none above it. It is one thing for a citizen who knows not all law to err and or stray
but it is another for persons who are qualified in law, licensed and appointed to serve
it, to rely on any other, so qualified, to absolve them of all wrongdoing and all
activities they indulge in while all ignore the dictum:
"No one is above the law", not to mention the proclamation,
"Ignorance of the law is no defence", the latter leading to:
WHY
issue such offenders with annual practice certificates and
WHY APPOINT THEM TO PUBLIC OFFICE?
It is time for
public servants, who misconduct in public office, to cease being active in and or
conscious parties to the plundering of the citizens' assets with impunity and contempt for
the law.
It is time for the
authorities and those in government to recognise that conversion of the honestly created
wealth of the citizens, through work and toil, has to end and that OFFENDERS SHOULD BE AND
MUST BE PUNISHED, AS PARLIAMENTS' AND INTERNATIONAL LAWS PROVIDE.

in the contemptuous attempts' that the documented evidence supports in the builder's case.

to these pages, who experienced similar practices, should be encouraged to come forward
and publish their own stories. We need to bring about changes in mentalities and for the
staff of the Lord Chancellor's Department to cease advancing the usual 'independence' of
the judiciary' waffle, as if by definition the word implies 'independence' of the
restraints of Parliament's Laws. Use of the word covers independence of ANY INTERFERENCE
(for favour or otherwise) FROM THE EXECUTIVE - government, hence 'the power unto
themselves' label.
Full information can be made available to the authorities.
Justice must be seen to be done in open courts. Such 'assurances are provided by Law and
guaranteed through International Treaties and Accords. Justice cannot be and is not
served by individuals whose prime concern is 'NO CAMERAS - NO RECORDINGS' simply because
they need to cover up and suppress their practices; the criminal indulgences they pursue
behind closed doors, care of such dictates and arrogance.
Publication of 'the facts of life
in our courts' should cause the authorities, the Ministers responsible for protecting
citizens from crime, to address the serious issues that arise out of the inexcusable and
highly questionable practices and activities by and from within the courts.
It is incumbent upon the Ministers responsible for the
administration of Parliament's Law and Justice to ensure that the issues raised here are
dealt with expeditiously and with genuine OPEN CONCERNS.
Citizens should not be held
captive by public servants, as the builder was in the case he relates to in these pages.
Public servants must be made to understand that they are retained to 'serve the citizens
and Justice and no other masters' or cause.

point to the very case where millions of pounds, the pension funds, were stolen and
misappropriated with no apparent recourse or rights in law; all care of and as arranged by
